Operations for 2018 season got underway on March 26.

  • Estimated processed sediment produced - 11,996 tons
  • Estimated tonnage of material hauled to the landfull - 12,896 tons
  • Truckloads to the landfill - 541
  • Water treated and discharged to the river - 26,920,000 gallons
Work completed in 2018 (through April 14)...
  • Estimated volume of sediment dredged - 59,624 cubic yards
  • Estimated processed sediment produced - 30,853 tons
  • Estimated tonnage of material hauled to landfill - 26,526 tons
  • Truckloads to the landfill - 1,117
  • Water treated and discharged to the river - 81,910,000 gallons\
Nine years of progress for the Fox River Cleanup Project (2009 through 2017)…
  • Estimated volume of sediment dredged - more than 4.88 million cubic yards
  • Estimated processed sediment produced - nearly 2.7 million tons
  • Estimated tonnage hauled to landfill - more than 2.78 million tons
  • Truckloads to landfill - nearly 117,800
  • Water treated and discharged to the river - nearly 8 billion gallons

As of mid April, the project has accumulated more than 2,453,000 work hours without a lost time incident.
